Unit 1: Identity - Week 1

In this unit, students will be introduced to English Language Arts and will begin engaging in reading and writing through activities focused on examining personal identity. Valuing students' own individual identities is key to creating a classroom community - and this unit will allow students to share their personal thoughts and reflections through writing and classroom discussion.
