Unit Objectives:

- As a teacher, generate a "resource map," or profile that describes each students' academic and social needs, assets, and developmental narrative.

- As students, develop a set of clearly articulated goals that relate to academic outcomes, work habits, and personal fulfillment. Develop stepwise plans that move students towards these goals.
