Thanks for your willingness to venture into the fun of online collaborative authoring. I am grateful for the opportunity to see how the team writing process works in practice, online. Note of clarification to all others: This group was formed around a shared graduate assignment: to identify the major policy narratives (theories of action) that organize the beliefs of various constituencies in contemporary public school reform in New York City. It is our hope as practicing teachers and school leaders that by carefully examining how diverse sectors define the "problem" and "solution" in a large urban school system, we may gain greater insight and clarity around our own perspectives, and with this the ability to work constructively with other stakeholders in the reform process.
