        • The 21st century American job market demands the ability to be collaborative, pragmatic, self-directed and efficient with on-the-job problem solving and learning tasks.
        • In a fast-evolving marketplace, there is a high demand for workers who possess strong conceptual foundations that allow them to learn and adapt quickly.
        • A four year college degree is a requirement for most middle-income positions and above.

      • What practical steps would I can I take in order to prepare myself to be successful in a given job?

      • Given that most 21st century citizens are likely to have multiple careers, what skills and educational experiences are the most important for a job candidate to have?

      • What is the work day actually like for someone in the field I'm interested in?
