Reaching agreement on discussion protocols

If there are member suggestions to be incorporated into the protocol, let's have that discussion here!
Suggested collaboration protocols:
- Each member of the team will make themselves responsible for "kicking off" discussion of a section in the team forum. Here's what this leadership might entail, unless there are recommendations to change it:
- Aim to develop between one and three clarification questions for the section(s) they have chosen to lead, and post these in the group forum. A clarification question is meant to help the group better ascertain, in an objective manner, the reasoning or facts being presented in the book, and avoids inference or judgment.
- Each member will also develop between one and three probing questions for each section. A probing question should deepen the conversation that readers are having with the book. It should seek to be an open question that is not "yes/no" or factual, or rhetorical.
- Between one and three connections. A connection can be text-self, text-text, or text-world, and is a brief explication of relationship between some aspect of the chapter and another (self, text, or world related) concept.
