Stage 1: Challenge students to write down one piece of evidence that shows that the Earth has changed since its begining. |

Stage 2: Science Log questions and responses. point out the photos on page 472 & 473. explain what features each photogragh shows and how hte feature was formed. |

Stage 3: Call on a volunteer to read aloud the first two paragraghps on page 471 then role play the scene. |
