Overview:  Developing strong student-staff and parent-staff relationships to increase student learning.

 

Goals: what is the purpose of implementing strategies-why are we doing this?

Assessment: measureable outcomes which correlate to achieving goals.  How will we know when we are successful?

·         The advisor is in contact with students’ parents on a regular basis and serves as the primary home to school contact.

·         Develop strong staff-student relationship.

·         Develop strong administrator-student relationship.

·         Develop positive student-student relationships

·         Develop strong teacher-student relationships.

·         Develop strong parent-staff relationships.

 

·         Increase in number of parents attending events, meetings etc.

·         Increase in student attendance

·         Fewer transfers

·         Increase in number of students who contact administrators for positive reasons

·         Decrease in student discipline issues.
