Student Planner

The purpose of this is to have students use their planners consistantly. 

• Have students fill out their planners in Advisor as a group.  You can use the attached file as a model for instruction. 
• There is one difference between having student write down their assignments and what we are asking them to do:  Students should write down what they did in each class (see attached documents for examples). 
• Students should use the monthly view section of their planner for long-term project and assignments.
• It has been suggested that students also have their planners signed.  This is to increase parent awareness and hopefully support for their student's academic work.
• Follow up with students by checking their planners.
