The Open Planner book club is organized around the goal of creating "teacher-friendly" executive summaries and discussions of books and research reports relevant to teaching and learning.

It is our hope that the resources generated by this team will provide support and inspiration for the design of high quality curriculum by other teams on the site, and in teachers' individual practice.

True correct English to be taught to under priviledged youth in urban areas has declined in the United States, my goal is to bring children 1 grade above their grade level at a minimum
