Questions about Action Log
Hello, Miwa!
I actually am making my lesson plan, and I am wondering if the Action log should be checked by teachers, as an assesment?
I guess, to see student's process, checking action log is good. But, if we do so, I guess it will be good to have action log paper... Because, I want them to write their action logs about during the lesson, and outside of the lesson. So, if we use a note book, they can't bring it to home or we can't check it.
What do you think about it?
Could you tell me your idea?
Thank you!
Nagisa
Sorry, I didn't check this
Sorry, I didn't check this pape for a few days.
And thank you for the beautiful action log template and other materials!
I think teachers need to see students' action logs and make some changes in the curriculum if they find some new topics to cover.
But, actually, I think a notebook is better than separate pieces of paper.
Students often lose handouts! I think it is better to have a handy notebook so that they can carry the book with them during the trip.
We can copy your template and make notebooks using them,
or students can use their own notebooks following your template.
In a high school setting, we can have students hand in their notebooks
when they come to school(morning), and return them when we have a class.
I am not sure if this is possible in your situation, though...
What do you think?
I will post my materials as soon as I finish them...
Thank you,
Miwa
