Instructional Notes

The study of law is an exploration of Justice. To assist students in their ability to understand Justice, different definitions of Justice can be evaluated and applied to a variety of situations. Students can further increase their mental agility by using different defintions of Justice to explain how a situation or outcome can be both "Justice Served" and "Justice Not Served" depending on which definition of Justice is applied. Students can also use an appropriate definition of Justice as the foundation for building a Supreme Court argument.
