When to use this form

While the two lawyers are making their oral arguments in front of the Supreme Court Justices, have the Justices use this form to take notes during the presentation. This is what they must turn in at the end of the trial. Depending on how long your periods are, Justices might write their opinion for homework, to be delivered after deliberation with one another. Opinions should be copied and given to the lawyers who presented oral arguments, or read to the entire class, depending on time.
