Open Educator is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization.

Fundraising, coupled with the voluntary efforts of educators around the world, enables us to host Open Planner, a robust, free curriculum and software development community whose products will be licensed under Creative Commons - Attribution - NonCommercial - Share Alike license, and can therefore be made freely available, reproduceable, and adaptable to all educators.
